Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: CRM,CRM

Skill & Job Requirements:
A) Experience in one or more of the following technologies:

1. Siebel for Banking

2. SalesForce.com

3. Vertical Solutions like Fidelity Touchpoint

4. Microsoft Dynamics

5. Unica Affinium

B) Deep understanding of one or more of the following areas:

1. Multi channel campaign management

2. Social technologies and impact on CRM

3. Customer Acquisition / retention strategies

4. Profitability analysis

5. Offers

C) Must have executed atleast 3 engagements in this space � lesser number of engagements will considered if the engagements are sufficiently complex / transformational

D) Consistent excellence in eliciting & translating business requirements into functional specifications

E) Application of appropriate analysis to the problem, from simple to moderately complex analysis and synthesis of business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes;

F) Very good requirements management; negotiation & prioritization of business requirements.

G) Appreciation of the Financial Services regulations and business process re-engineering needs

H) Excellent communication skills, influencing and being influenced by peer and stakeholder thinking, using the written, spoken and presentation channels with equal excellence.

I) Very strong teaming and client management, co-management skills, through-out the project life-cycle.

J) Understanding of the offshore delivery model.
