Job Description
The ideal candidate will have to provide advanced technical support and trouble shooting to the clients worldwide. On a day to day basis, the candidate will have to deal with the international clients and major web hosting providers and ISPs managing their servers. The Senior Systems Engineer job demands responsibilities such as providing technical advice and trouble shooting for web hosting customers on web site hosting, security, and domain name management.
Skill Set Needed
Should be familiar with hosting, web servers, DNS, domain, hosting control panel, Linux, etc.. Should have very good written communication skills. Should be available for 3 shifts to provide 24X 7 customer support.
Educational Qualification
BE/BTech/ BSc /BCA/ MCA/MSc in Computer Science or Electronics
RHCE is a plus
Good Linux knowledge is a must
Location : Cochin, Kerala
Experience : 4-6yrs
Salary : Not a constrain for the right candidate
